About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will work on large-scale enterprise projects across multiple industries, collaborating with our most skilled and experienced professionals who prioritize technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in maximizing returns on their Dynamics investment by developing and implementing tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting, high-quality business relationships with clients by fostering trust and confidence.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements, and processes.
- Design and implement future-state solutions that align with clients' articulated program strategies within the context of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM product suite to support the development and expansion of solutions that meet clients' business strategies.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and provide original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures.
- Design bespoke solutions and document program solution designs.
- Support lead consultants in reviewing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes.
- Act as the single point of design authority between solution architects to ensure seamless solution development.
- Guide client program directors and project managers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect or similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
