We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Master Kitchen Coordinator to join our team in Walthamstow. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for coordinating food preparation, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate food preparation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Manage food inventory and assist with stock control to maintain efficient service.
- Develop and implement systems to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional customer service during busy periods.
- Proven experience as a Master Kitchen Coordinator in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations and management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
