Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and creative activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children to learn.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team.
- Observe and assess children's development, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Support the team in daily routines and work collaboratively to achieve the nursery's goals.
- A Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
- Experience working in an early year's setting is highly desirable.
- A passion for early childhood education and making a difference in children's development is required.
