The compensation package for this position includes a competitive fixed fee per day's route, which is equivalent to approximately £11.50 per hour. Additionally, drivers who meet our criteria may be eligible for extra payments for outstanding customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a valid UK manual driver's license with no more than 6 points, and a clean driving record. You should also be able to work effectively with a colleague and demonstrate reliability in your work.

Please note that we do not pay an hourly rate but rather a fixed fee per day's route per two-man crew. Our data shows that this equates to a maximum effective rate of £11.50 per hour and an average of £11.50 per hour. Additionally, extra payments are only payable to drivers who have contracted with us for at least 4 months.
