Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team at Middleton Lodge Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy reception environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Duties
  1. Process new patient registrations and temporary registrations.
  2. Respond appropriately to verbal complaints and refer any unresolved issues to support/operational management when necessary.
  3. Carry out a variety of clerical duties as and when required.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Salary: £18,800 - £20,500 per annum, depending on experience. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Part-time, Flexible working, Compressed hours.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Receptionist or Medical Terminology Qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a reception environment dealing with patients/general public in person and by phone.
