About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member (Sales) to join our team at Next.

The ideal candidate will be able to offer fast and friendly service to customers, share their passion and knowledge about our products, and keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from.

This is a temporary, flexible job opportunity primarily based on the sales floor, with opportunities to work in other areas of the store too. The successful candidate will be required to work Christmas Eve, our first day of Sale on Friday 27th December, and may also include working Saturday 28th December.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Share product knowledge and passion with customers
  • Maintain a high standard of store appearance and organization
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Support colleagues and managers as needed

Requirements:
