About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in this dynamic role. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting planning activities that promote the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and support the planning of activities and events that promote the wellbeing of residents
- Create opportunities for individuals to engage in meaningful activities, promoting independence and choice
- Work with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, person-centred care service that meets the needs of residents
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need experience in coordinating activities and working with vulnerable adults.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
