Salary and BenefitsAs an Infrastructure Project Manager - Land Consultancy Expert, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will be included in a discretionary bonus scheme, company car/car allowance, generous holiday scheme, private healthcare, and enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager - Land Consultancy Expert to join our Infrastructure Services division. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent IT skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels.
The role will involve advising on and managing infrastructure projects from a local to national scale, providing land consultancy advice to clients, and advising clients on all aspects of their interactions with landowners. You will also be responsible for involvement in land referencing, preparation and service of statutory notices, negotiation of compensation, and acquisitions of rights to facilitate projects.
In addition, you will liaise with landowners, deal with public enquiries, support wider projects across the business, report directly to clients on progression with projects, and support the training and mentoring of our graduates in the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably), strong project management skills, excellent IT skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You should also have the ability to self-manage in order to meet deadlines, experience in building strong, lasting relationships, networking, and promoting the business.
In addition, you should have excellent people skills with the ability to influence decisions, outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and great verbal and written communication skills.
