Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Autoglass. As a key member of our Cash Management Team, you will be responsible for processing receipts and payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and allocate payments from various sources, including Branch Banking, Online Payments, and Head Office, to the receivables ledger.
  • Reconcile credit/debit card receipts in the bank on a daily basis.
  • Investigate and resolve customer and system errors, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Process customer refunds in accordance with procedures and bank regulations.
  • Investigate unallocated cash and identify trends, suggesting preventative action.
  • Support the review and update of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the AR team to resolve payment and refund exceptions.
Requirements
  • Manageable levels of receipt exceptions, applications, and unapplied funds across Autoglass and Laddaw brands.
  • Process receipts to the Sales Ledger in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Complete Month End and Year End tasks to a high standard and to agreed deadlines.
