At GLL, we're seeking a highly motivated and responsible Recreation Assistant to join our team at Botwell Green Sports & Leisure Centre in Hayes, London. As a Recreation Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the team in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising pool activities, setting up equipment, and delivering first-class customer service. You'll also be responsible for dealing with customer queries, preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for various activities, and contributing to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a real focus on customer service, and a passion for swimming. Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. If not, we can provide NPLQ training subject to passing a swim test.
