Electronics Laboratory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Laboratory Manager to join our team at Leonardo in Luton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasking of junior technicians supporting integration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day tasking of junior technicians supporting integration activities.
• Develop junior technicians and apprentices through mentoring and coaching.
• Ensure evidence accumulation and logging from System-level activity.

Requirements:
• Experience of working with Electronic/avionic equipment including RF equipment at a wide range of frequencies, in test and trials environments.
• Experience using Electronic and RF Laboratory Test Equipment such as Spectrum Analysers, VNA's, Power meters, Oscilloscopes, Bus and Network analysers, and automated testing including simulators and emulators.
• Strong laboratory management skills, including maintenance and calibration of test equipment and conducting Risk Assessments and 6S reviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
