Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. As a nurse at HC One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our values of kindness, compassion, and respect.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide excellent care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience of working in a care home environment, with a focus on person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.
