Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a firm foundation in traditional and digital media, including brand and performance media.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage both up and down the line, as well as coordinate project initiatives with all account teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work anywhere in the world, where there is a Publicis office, for up to 6 weeks a year.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to accelerate client growth and profitability.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, billing, and project management.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  4. Coordinate project initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and project timelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business operations or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
