About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our True Hospitality promise
  • Supervise and direct a team of F&B staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve departmental targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of F&B staff
