We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fundraising Professional to join our team as the UK Country Manager - Fundraising and Development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our fundraising efforts in the UK and contribute to the growth and success of Human Practice Foundation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure significant income growth over the next 3-5 years.
- Manage a portfolio of high-level donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding for our projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trustees, volunteers, and other senior colleagues.
- Oversee the governance of our UK operation, including statutory reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development of our global fundraising strategy and initiatives.
- Senior fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing significant donations and grants.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to fundraising and a willingness to work independently.
- Strong budget management and financial reporting skills, with experience of monitoring and reporting against targets.
- Strong IT skills, including an understanding of CRM systems.
