Facilities Operations Manager

Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a formal technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
