Indirect Tax Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Manager to join our European Tax team at Brambles Holdings (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting indirect tax compliance and advisory matters across the European region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Indirect Tax Director, Europe in leading the way in ensuring all tax obligations for our established areas and new territories are met.
  • Develop and implement transformation and efficiencies in Brambles' VAT approach.
  • Lead the resolution of complex VAT issues and process improvements, including the development of SOPs, systems, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in an indirect tax role, managing internal indirect tax affairs of multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Consultancy background from a Big 4/Tier A accountancy firm or recent experience gained from a blue chip in-house tax department.
  • Able to translate knowledge and understanding of European and jurisdictional VAT regulation into practical business advice.
  • Recognised professional accounting or tax qualification will be an advantage.
