Area Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Area Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aspiscleaning, responsible for managing and coordinating cleaning services across various locations in the South of England.
As an Area Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage cleaning services, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaners, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Visit customer contract sites at unsociable hours, requiring flexibility and discretion.
- Be on standby over weekends to address potential emergencies, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, cleaning services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, planning and executing tasks without direct supervision.
- Adaptability to fluctuating workloads, adjusting to changing priorities as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in IT, including email management, database management, Microsoft Word and Excel, and general internet literacy.
Estimated Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
