Job Title: Saturday Showroom Host

Frank Keane BMW Blackrock is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Saturday Showroom Host. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and visitors to the showroom with a smile and a friendly demeanor
  • Providing hospitality and support to customers as and when required
  • Retaining ownership of each customer until the Sales, Service, or Parts departments have dealt with them
  • Answering the main switchboard and routing calls to the relevant departments
  • Covering hours for the full-time Showroom Host/Receptionist between Monday and Friday when required
  • Encouraging rapport building with customers who are waiting and ensuring they are not left unattended for long periods of time
  • Maintaining daily enquiry logs and ensuring that the Sales Department has relayed all relevant customer details
  • Ensuring the cafe area is clean and stocked at all times, as outlined by Company standards
  • Reporting any issues that affect the smooth running of the Department to the attention of the Supervisor, Sales or Aftersales Manager
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and compiling reports or information packages
Requirements:
  • Premium retail customer service experience is essential
  • Flexibility with working hours is required
  • A professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence are essential
  • Confidence, cheerfulness, and a well-presented appearance are necessary
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize and work in a structured and ordered manner, is required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential
  • The ability to work under pressure with an enthusiastic approach is necessary
