Homelessness Prevention Specialist

Estimated Salary: £24,962 - £27,000 per annum.
We are seeking a highly skilled homelessness prevention specialist to join our team in Merseyside. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for working with service users to prevent homelessness and provide support to those who are at risk.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of homelessness and its causes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register on the DBS Update Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with service users to identify risks of homelessness and develop prevention plans.
- Provide support and guidance to service users to help them maintain their tenancies.
- Collaborate with other agencies to provide a comprehensive support service.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of homelessness and its causes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS check and registration on the DBS Update Service.
