Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Minstrel Court. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in our refurbishment process, working closely with our Setup Manager to ensure a quick turnaround for setting up new properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and repair any items that are starting to give in
  • Fix all items reported as requiring attention
  • Provide a high level of maintenance to ensure gardens are tidy and clean at all times
  • Ensure paved areas and slabs are weed-free at all times
  • Log and communicate maintenance issues to the Property Manager
  • Assist with setting up rooms and other areas by installing headboards and assembling furniture
Requirements
  • Basic DBS check (can be provided after the interview)
  • Right to work in the UK
