About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our multi-site locations in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions
  • Empty bins, dust surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, has good written and verbal communication skills, and is able to work on their own initiative. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. You will be required to operate a variety of cleaning equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
