Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to support the development of a Quality Assurance Board and Quality Assurance Framework for Adult Social Care operations in Kingston Council.

This role will involve developing and establishing a board that aims to provide intelligence and performance data related to the effectiveness of Adult Social Care Operational practice in meeting statutory duties, offering assurance of the quality of practice.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Quality Assurance initiatives, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Framework for Adult Social Care operations in Kingston Council.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Board, ensuring it meets its objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather intelligence and performance data.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
