About the Role:
Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of high-quality care homes across the UK. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in a regional role. As a Care Assistant with Barchester, you will deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius to help our residents get the most out of life.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
- Contribute to the person-centered care planning process for each resident
- Record observations on things like temperature and blood pressure amongst a range of other important tasks
- Provide support and companionship to our residents

Requirements:
- A background in care is essential
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a view to complete an NVQ 3
- A good understanding of elderly care and the wider healthcare industry is necessary
- Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths
