About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Allstate Northern Ireland. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, using this insight to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the product development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product development and delivery.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product development and delivery, with a focus on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management.
