Credit Controller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Accountancy And Finance Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's credit control functions, ensuring timely and accurate management of customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing credit control processes to minimize bad debts and ensure timely payment from customers.

* Preparing and sending invoices, credit notes, and statements to customers.

* Processing cash postings and allocations, as well as reviewing unallocated cash.

* Conducting weekly and monthly aged debtor reviews to ensure prompt payment from customers.

* Performing credit checks on new customer applications and managing account openings and closures.

* Resolving customer queries related to invoices and payments.

* Amending customer credit limits as required.

* Collaborating with the wider finance team on purchase ledger and payroll tasks as needed.

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year.
