Job Title: Part-time Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a part-time cleaner at a local school. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and grounds.
  • Ensure the safe and timely set up of rooms for meetings, visitors, and assemblies.
  • Take in and store deliveries during the day, which may involve lifting heavy items.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of porters to ensure the smooth running of the school's busy schedule.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.
  • Access to a vehicle is necessary due to the location of the school.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as some items may be heavy.
