About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our busy Northwest-based Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commissions, developing teams, and improving Performance and Reporting processes. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality projects and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing high-value projects and developing teams
• Improving Performance and Reporting processes
• Growing the Performance and Reporting team
• Senior Line management activities including career development and performance management
• Implementing changes to Performance and Reporting processes
• Participating in national and regional Community of Practice
• Providing expert analysis to stakeholders and senior management

What We Offer
As a Turner & Townsend employee, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.

Meet the Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have subject matter expertise in different Performance and Reporting tools and techniques. Experience in interfacing with other Project Controls disciplines is also mandatory. Directing Performance and Reporting on complex projects/programmes is essential.
