Job title: Hospitality Expert

About the role:

We are a very passionate team at The Falstaff in Canterbury with many different skill sets. We pride ourselves on creativity and thinking outside the box with a huge range of basic to obscure spirits, liqueurs, syrups, and more. With our seasonal bespoke cocktail menus, we embrace the weird and the wonderful with our drink creations that every team member can get involved in. We also provide support to our other departments including our breakfast team and reception and we work closely together to provide a 5-star service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening the bar
  • Cleaning and bar organisation maintenance
  • Cocktail masterclasses
  • Cocktail and bar service
  • Tea and coffee service
  • Afternoon tea service
  • Closing the bar
  • Cash up
