Exciting Opportunity for Client Service and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountancy Associate Director to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMEs and driving business development in and around Chester.

Job Description

As an Accountancy Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Leading business development initiatives in and around Chester
  • Managing a portfolio of SMEs and driving revenue growth
  • Developing and retaining junior members of staff
  • Proactively monitoring and resolving people issues
  • Managing budgets, fees targets, WIP, and debtors
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing high-quality client service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
