About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for great coffee and exceptional customer service. As a Coffee Service Expert, you'll craft great coffee that hits the spot every time, serving customers with a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting high-quality coffee drinks that meet our customers' expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied
  • Working collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Developing your skills and knowledge of Costa Coffee products and services
  • Contributing to the success of our stores and achieving sales targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and develop their skills. As a Barista, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, learn about our products and services, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
