Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in a business within Leicestershire. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to enable consistent and high-quality performance of the PMO.
The Role and Responsibilities- Uphold clear standards and provide guidance to meet governance and reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the Framework and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Drive performance of small projects or workstreams within larger projects.
- Deputise for Programme Manager as required.
- Support programme administration and logistics requirements for governance forums and meetings.
- Run the monthly reporting cycle in collaboration with workstreams.
- Proactively support monthly programme assurance activities.
- Manage updates and changes to Policies and Procedures.
- Produce, maintain, and store programme documentation across the lifecycle of each project.
- Coordinate training sessions and hold onboarding/inductions for new joiners.
- Prepare monthly packs.
- Review and monitor progress on actions, risks, and issues.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, experience of using MS Office Package, and strong communication skills. Project support experience is essential.
