Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Executive to join our Advised Broking team. As a key member of our high-performing team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, providing expert advice on commercial insurance products.
  • Developing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning services to maximise satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducting regular client meetings, reviewing client portfolios, and making coverage recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding coverage and cross-selling other insurance products and services.

You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, while collaborating with underwriters to secure optimal policy terms and coverage for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a senior commercial broking capacity.
  • Knowledge of working within the commercial insurance sector, including property, liability & financial lines insurance products.
  • A proven track record of success in developing and account management, with a focus on commercial combined insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
