About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our stores are maintained to the highest standards.

You will need to have a strong background in team management, with experience of leading and motivating teams to achieve their goals.

Additionally, you will need to have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and be able to implement them effectively in the workplace.

Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
