Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end projects in underground drainage and ground works, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with new suppliers, overseeing contracts and ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and tenders for new and existing clients, driving business growth and development.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Conduct on-site visits for contract sign-off, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Previous experience in underground drainage and ground works, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Full UK driving license, with a willingness to travel for site visits.
