About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clean Environment Coordinator to join our team at a Barchester care home in Bromley. As a key member of our cleaning and housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep of the home, including cleaning, laundry, and general maintenance. You will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional standards of cleanliness and contribute to creating a warm and homely atmosphere.

As a Clean Environment Coordinator, you will be an important part of our bank team, providing cover as and when needed to support our permanent colleagues during annual leave or sick leave. This will involve working variable hours and days, depending on the needs of the home.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent practical skills, a caring nature, and a personable approach. You should also be reliable, keen to use your attention to detail, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
