About Adjusting Appointments Limited:
We are a leading provider of liability adjusting services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced claims examiner to join our team in South Wales.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Liability Claims Examiner to operate within South Wales, handling a wide range of personal injury and third-party property damage losses across traditional EL & PL risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and investigate liability claims to determine the extent of losses and damages.
- Communicate with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims.
- Work independently to manage claims files, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices in liability adjusting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a liability adjusting or claims examining role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Formal qualifications through ACII or equivalent preferred.
