About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized educational support to students, adapting plans as needed to ensure optimal progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, promoting independence and self-reliance.
Requirements

This role requires a substantial amount of physical activity, including moving and handling tasks. Although experience with complex physical and medical needs is not necessary, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate feels confident in their abilities.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on factors such as location and employer.
