Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the success of our Group L&D Strategy, empowering our colleagues to drive their career development and enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • An understanding of Learning and Development processes and administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:

  1. Provide administrative support to our Group L&D function.
  2. Contribute to the development and delivery of our Group L&D Strategy.
  3. Support the team in optimising Workday Learning and delivering full enablement to our International People teams as needed.
  4. Provide first-line support for all L&D related queries across PIB Group.
  5. Deliver an efficient transactional L&D service for course administration not available via Workday.
  6. Support the team in designing and developing digital learning solutions aligned to our strategic priorities.
  7. Design professional L&D support materials and communication.
  8. Log and track L&D invoices.
  9. Evaluate the impact of L&D programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Provide key data and analytics to inform our learning strategy and ensure optimal outcomes.
  11. Identify suitable external delivery partners to support our L&D strategy and monitor their ongoing provision to maintain content relevance.
  12. Work in partnership with our Group Communications and Engagement team to increase overall engagement with all Learning and Development programmes. Maintain the Learning and Development pages on our Portal.
  13. Offer guidance and support to internal customers around best-fit learning and development solutions for their business needs.
  14. Build and sustain effective relationships with managers and business contacts to support our L&D strategy and drive the L&D culture across our business.
  15. Collaborate with Group Risk and Compliance to support the successful execution of their mandatory learning strategy.
  16. Support with, and lead on, L&D projects within the scope of your role.
  17. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L&D best practices.

Salaries and Benefits:
