Teaching Assistant Leader

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Suppleo Education. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to deliver high-quality lessons and activities that meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Liaising with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to maintain open and effective communication channels
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive relationships and safe environments within the school
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive daily rate of £90-£110, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Our commitment to safeguarding and child welfare ensures a safe and supportive environment for all our pupils and staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children in a teaching or supportive capacity
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
