About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior nursing leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing over-arching professional leadership support to the clinical workforce, championing and supporting the development and delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery Strategy, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the development and delivery of the Trust's Quality agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Champion and support the development and delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery Strategy, ensuring high-quality patient care and experience.
- Provide over-arching professional leadership support to the clinical workforce.

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of senior nurse management and leadership roles, including substantial recent experience in an acute setting. You will have a clear understanding of transformation programmes, service development and improvement, together with a solid understanding of the complexity of service delivery in a large organisation.
