We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Creative Support in Bidford-on-Avon. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored support to individuals to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote independence and confidence in daily living skills
  • Supporting individuals to engage in their local communities and access opportunities for personal development
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service and individuals

Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. We are a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organisation, and we welcome applications from candidates from all walks of life.
