Parts Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for leading the parts team and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the parts team
  • Ensure the dealership achieves targets by maximizing sales of parts to trade and retail outlets
  • Manage parts stock levels and minimize debtors
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data
  • Develop a marketing and publicity strategy to promote all products and services
  • Brief the team on department objectives and provide regular feedback on achievements
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers and external representatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager
