About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinic and providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting stock and equipment for the clinic
- Setting up examination rooms for clinicians
- Acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Assisting with administrative duties, including completing reports and providing support related to administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment is preferred
- An NVQ in Health & Social care is preferential but not essential
- IT literate with proficiency in using computer systems and software
- A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a sense of pride in your work is essential
What We Offer:
- A full-time, permanent contract
- 40 hours per week
- A competitive starting salary of £24,500
- Opportunity to increase salary up to £26,000 when trained in and signed off in additional disciplines
- Eligible for quarterly bonus of £250
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
