The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our Accommodation Services team as a Casual Caretaker.

**Job Summary:**

As a Casual Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of corporate accommodation sites throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire. This includes providing a comprehensive cleaning and caretaking service to over 230 sites, including schools, offices, public conveniences, and other public buildings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide a high-quality cleaning and caretaking service to all sites
* Ensure all sites are open, clean, and fit for occupation on a daily basis
* Work collaboratively with the Accommodation Services team to achieve departmental goals
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

**Benefits:**

* 23 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
* Overalls and PPE provided

**Work Locations:**

Willerby, Anlaby, Cottingham, and Hessle.
