Role Summary
Interface Recruitment UK is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide 2nd line support to the end user base, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure effective IT helpdesk services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting end users with 1st and 2nd line incident tickets
• Working on service and process tickets
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Be the first point of contact for technical assistance
• Follow up and update customer/ticket status and information

Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Printers/iPhones/tablets
• Experience in IT helpdesk and prior experience in a similar role
• Prioritizing workload, hardware/software diagnosis and fault finding skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Self-motivation and passion for the role
