Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ecological projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legislation, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ecological consultant, with a strong track record of delivering projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of ecological principles, methods, and legislation
  • Full driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education to degree level in a relevant subject
  • CIEEM membership (Full)
