About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artistic Lead to join our team at Ashfield MedComms. As a key member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with large pharmaceutical clients, creating award-winning work and pushing industry boundaries across a range of creative outputs. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual, who possesses a strong background in creative leadership and management. You will have previous experience of leading and managing creative teams, mentoring fellow team members and constructing robust creative briefs. Solid knowledge of creative development and creative strategy is also essential, as is experience in playing an active role in leading the creative thinking on pitches and projects and demonstrable experience of developing creative strategy into compelling and creative stories. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Artistic Lead, your key responsibilities will include overseeing team members and freelancers on your projects, working collaboratively within the agency across multiple business units. You will form unique and modern concepts in line with the creative strategy, understand the core issue and trust your judgement. You will also play an active part in the creative thinking on pitches and projects, be confident in understanding creative strategy, challenge traditional thinking and explain how it could be activated in the project. Additionally, you will transform creative strategy into compelling and creative stories. To be successful in this role, you will require previous creative agency experience, including experience leading and managing creative teams and mentoring fellow team members. Solid knowledge of creative development and creative strategy and constructing robust creative briefs is also essential.
