Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection and distribution of rewards to our valued customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the collection process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of rewards to our customers.
  • To maintain accurate records of reward transactions, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or rewards management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
