Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Blaymires Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior staff in preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Negotiate with clients and contractors, and manage cost control and planning.
  • Assist with project completion reports and provide solutions to delays, deviations, and other problems that arise during construction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or HNC or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • A willingness to learn and progress.
